Frequently asked questions
What is Virio Agency?
A management system for advertising and marketing agencies: CRM, client service, proposals and contracts with hours per role, jobs and schedule, client approval, hours, cost and profitability, production with suppliers and offline media.
Who counts in the price band?
Only the active in-house team: registered people who are not freelancers and members with owner, admin or member access. Clients, approvers and freelancers invited with restricted access do not count. The month's peak applies.
How does the trial work?
14 days with every module. Then, if the agency does not subscribe, there are 30 read-only days to see and export everything. After that, access is locked until you subscribe or delete the workspace.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is the full 14-day trial.
Can I bring my data from SiGA or spreadsheets?
Yes. The import reads .xlsx and .csv spreadsheets of clients, contacts, suppliers, media outlets and services, recognizes the columns of the SiGA Excel export, shows a preview and saves everything in a single transaction. If there is an error, nothing is saved.
Is hour logging a time clock?
No. Hours are effort logged per activity, for cost and profitability. There is no clock-in and clock-out, daily target, hour bank or overtime.
Is the client's online acceptance valid?
Accepting a proposal or contract, approving artwork and authorizing an estimate are simple electronic signatures under Brazilian law (Law 14.063/2020), with name, e-mail, date and time, IP, browser and the document hash. For stronger validity, the agency can connect its own Assinafy account.
Is my data kept in Brazil?
The database is in the São Paulo region of our provider (Supabase, sa-east-1). Site hosting and sign-in e-mails go through providers with infrastructure outside Brazil, listed in the Privacy Policy.
Can I export or delete everything?
Yes. The owner can download a full copy of the workspace data and delete the workspace at any time. Deletion erases the data immediately.
Does Virio Agency use AI on my data?
Not today. No workspace data is sent to artificial intelligence services.
How does it relate to Virio Social?
They are separate products of the same company, each with its own account. Virio Social handles social media; Virio Agency handles agency management.
